I've now bought 2 used cars from this shop and recommend them highly to family and friends. It's a completely no frills, low pressure, fair price (no negotiation) experience. When I compared it to the experience we had at Mercedes of Bellevue, it was a 180 (in all the best ways). Staff is great, cars are excellent and all priced fairly, and experience is smooth and seamless. The staff works on salary, not commission, which I think lends itself well to the general vibe of the place and not putting a ton of pressure on customers as well as salespeople.
