Bakersfield Mazda has incredible service, the salesman, sales manager and finance manager were all so helpful during the process and ensured i got the best deal and lowest interest rate possible. For my first time here I thought it was a great experience. I like how the auto technician sent me a video showing the condition of my vehicle, what he recommends, and why. The only minor inconvenience was when I picked up my vehicle, it was parked in a tight spot and I had to maneuver it carefully to get out. For the future it would be helpful if my vehicle is parked facing the opposite direction so that I could drive out easily without having to worry about hitting new cars around me.
