2018 Mazda EZ-6 Touring Auto

I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am with how this dealership treated me. The owner, John Gabriel, worked with me when I explained I had a horrible experience with a previous dealership where I drove 3 hours away and I made an appointment and they sold the car to someone else while I was test driving it, and he promised to work with me to make sure I don’t have a similar experience and he really did make it happen. I drove 3 and a half hours to get there and immediately I could tell my happiness truly was their priority and they care about their customers. The other two associates were also incredibly friendly and helpful when walking me through the actual buying process. They made sure I was all set before making my drive home by making sure I had a full sized spare tire, and when I brought up my concern that there was no front license plate mount they instantly took action to make sure it was fixed for me. I went home with an amazing car and an even better experience.

Listen! This place is a GOD-SEND, There are so many places that try to price gouge and and add unnecessary to tack an addition 5 dollars on the listed price. They cared about me and making sure I got the car I needed. I believe they are an honest business. They helped me and got me exactly what I wanted and even took 200 dollars off the warranty for me and even help me set a calendar reminder to follow up with them in two years to extend. WOW I’m just grateful. I ended getting my last car totaled in a hit and run and they put me at ease

Absolutely outstanding experience at this family run dealership. John and his sons, Peter and Cody, were extremely pleasant and very professional. The most import thing I can say about these quality individuals is their approach to providing great customer service really resonated with me. They believe in building relationships rather than just making a one time sale. Most importantly, they stand by their products. I had a minor issue with the vehicle I purchased, I contacted them the next day and not only did they make it right, they also personally delivered the car to my residence. I was very grateful and impressed. These are quality people that I will continue to do business with in the future. Highly recommend!
