I had a great experience. I had to come back a few times, and every time I was welcomed in. The staff were extremely friendly and were very competent. I recommend the salesman Pierre to everyone coming in. He was an excellent salesman to work with, and made me feel right at home. The finance coach (I forgot his name), was also fantastic. He found a way to drop my rate to be ~4x better than what I expected and will save me thousands of dollars over the course of my loan. I am pleased with my vehicle purchase on my CPO 2021 Acura TLX A-Spec and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone involved.
