2021 Mazda EZ-6 Touring Auto

I brought my car in today for its first maintenance appointment. From start to finish the customer service exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and took their time explaining exactly what services I was getting done that day and why they were needed. The waiting area is spacious and clean. I was sent a video from my mechanic explaining any concerns and showing me what was being done. At the end of the appointment I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car had been washed as well. Easiest maintenance appointment I’ve ever had!

First I would like to say how nice and clean everything was including the bathrooms..???? John Simmons was fantastic! He was friendly, informative and did his job well! Northway simply does good business. Anthony did everything to make the purchase seamless, and treated me with respect. Also, while almost every other dealership is price gouging enthusiasts cars, Northway has a great selection, without the typical markup. If you’re on the fence about making the trip out to see a car, you should make the trip. I’d recommend Anthony specifically if you’re in the market for something you cannot find anywhere else!
