Buying a car is never fun, but Michael at holler Hyundai made the experience pretty seamless for me. Interacting with any auto dealership can be a stressful, frankly awful experience. I come to the process from inside the industry (on the auto journalism side), so I'm a fairly knowledgeable consumer and familiar with the product and the process. The crew at Holler was exceptionally easy to work with, and didn't waste my time with info I already knew or superfluous parts of the process. On the other hand, they did a fantastic job explaining all the features and functions of the car to my wife, who was going to be the daily driver. Really thumbs-up experience all around. More dealers should employ this type of customer service model.
