2002 Mazda MX-5 Miata SE

Bought my car here last year after struggling to find one that suits me with a nice price and CPO warranty; they provided one and the negotiation process was painless and less stressful thanks to Keith. Fast forward months later and I brought that same car for my first oil change that they provided for free. The oil change was also painless and stress free thanks to Junior. It did take me one hour for the process to finish, but my car came out shining and healthy and that is the most important. They also pointed out which areas worth a look through video recording and performed a razor-sharp inspection, but they did not make it a big deal when I chose to say "not today" when some parts needed attention. I will never regret interacting with a Mazda and Denton Mazda!

Went today for a 35k mi checkup and oil change on my Miata. Made an appointment for 7:45 am. Got there 15 minutes early. Everybody was working already and they got me in and within 30 minutes I had a video of the inspection, recommended additions which I declined-no problems- They had the car finished in an hour and they even washed it for me. Even though it was still raining. As always a pleasant and fast experience. Pricing was the same as I have found at other locations/ auto stores

We ultimately elected NOT to buy the Mazda that we test drove, but had a really good experience with Alexandra from their staff. We wouldn't hesitate to contact her again. She was knowledgeable, professional, and personable.
