I had the most amazing experience shopping here… I’ve bought 3 other vehicles at other dealerships in the past and I’ve always felt pressured and left feeling like I got screwed over… I’m happy to say that that was not the case at icon motors… the first vehicle I test drove I bought and a check engine light came on… I immediately returned and told them about it and not only did they give me a variety of reasonable and more than fair options to rectify the situation, they also threw in a free warranty for the trouble… while they did offer to, and with no hassle, fix the vehicle (which just ended up being a couple sensors) the owner insisted I take a sedan for a test drive and I immediately fell in love with it.. it ended up being a little cheaper than what I was originally going to purchase and they happily refunded the difference… the cars on the lot are all nicer vehicles that I felt were either priced well and at the least fair... staff was friendly and knowledgeable and eager to answer all my questions but I never felt they were being the stereotypical “pushy car salesman” and I can’t stress that enough. I would recommend icon motors to anyone!! If you’re looking for great service and an all around amazing car buying experience this is the place to go!!! The crew at Icon Motors were my guardian angels. I was three hours from home and three hours from my destination when I started experiencing oil problems. I was bounced around a bit by other establishments and was told that they didn’t have the right tools to work on my Porsche. I was alone in a place where I didn’t know a soul and I was terrified I would be stranded. The team at Icon slotted me into their busy schedule and fixed my oil problem. Not only that, but they saw a different issue that could have also been dangerous and fixed that as well.
