Great experience all around! Salesman was super friendly and so polite. Easy to communicate with. Did a super job for me and my granddaughter. Chris gave great advice on the best way to finance, to help build credit for granddaughter so helpful!! Dakota was friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. Loved the whole team. Our experience started off great. Mikki Chandler met us at the airport to give us a ride to the dealership. We were greeted cordially by Mikki and were well taken care of by all the staff that we encountered. We felt like the people actually cared about us and we felt that Mikki cared to get to know us and be personable with us. We felt like she didn’t lie to us like other car salesmen that we’ve dealt with in the past. She was straight forward and honest with us and kept us in the loop throughout the whole experience. It makes a difference, especially when we have to wait there for a while to finalize everything. And she checked on us multiple times days later to make sure we were still doing good and pleased with our new truck purchase. And we are happy with it. Thank you Mikki!

I have bought from Toyota of Tricities many times and have never had a bad experience. Yesterday my fiance was in need of a vehicle asap.
