2015 Mazda CX-5 Sport

Only great things to say. My experience; I had been looking for a used car for about a month, but, I wasn’t really having any luck for different reasons. My sister suggested this dealership just to look. We were able to look uninterrupted, which was nice. We were greeted by Paulina, she told us to look around and she would be in the office if we needed keys to look inside any of the cars. I fell in love with a beautiful BMW, was able to test drive it alone, which was nice. After the test drive, I wanted the car. I spoke to Paulina, who couldn’t have been nicer and explained I basically had cash for the price of the car, but with the extra fees I couldn’t take the car that day and I wasn’t interested in a loan. Paulina didn’t even hesitate to understand me and literally offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I was aslo pressed for time, as buying a new car was not In my plans. Paulina completely understood and told me to go get the cash and she would have everything ready for me. Even when I left, I still thought when I came back there would be an issue. Nope. When I arrived back in about 45 min. Paulina was with a new customer, JR was there to assist. I thought ‘oh great’ as I was pressed for time and had been dealing with Paulina. I was wrong, I literally sat at his desk, everything was ready for me to sign, they even took care of my insurance. I was in and out in no time. I honestly couldn’t believe the professionalism and just overall friendly atmosphere here. I left with a new car (which they detailed for me) in no time. Literally I received a beautiful perfect running car at a great price, great service, speedy process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for any type of car. Than you again Super!

Thanks super auto sales for helping me get approve and take home a good vehicle that I was happy with ,when I arrive I seen a lot nice cars , so the salesman gave me my space to look around and when I found a car , he was real nice to help me test drive it , I took my time and was happy , so I decided to go ahead and make a deal , the deal was made and I took the car the same day , easy ,no pressure and nice people to work with . I’ve bought several cars over the years, but this was by far the easiest transaction yet. From the initial test drive to the final paperwork in finance, the team at Super Auto Sales was professional and honest. I want to highlight Paulina in particular who helped me from A-Z. Car shopping and purchasing is never truly enjoyable, however Paulina somehow made sure it was.
