2013 Mazda CX-5 Touring auto

I’d give them 6 stars if I could! This was the smoothest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I spoke to Mike on Thursday 3/14. He answered the phone and was so friendly. Being in Hyannis and calling from Watertown I had to make sure the car was the one I wanted before taking a day off to go see it. Mike was helpful, transparent and honest. While speaking he provided me the car fax and everything checked out. I placed a $200 deposit on the vehicle. Yesterday, Friday 3/15, I drove down and was greeted by Ali. Also super friendly and helpful. The vehicle was out front ready to go. It drove beautifully and was exactly as advertised. When I returned Mike was there and we went through the car. He told me to take my time as I set up Bluetooth and checked the functionality of the heated seats, sunroof, etc. Mike pointed out that there a bulb out that I didn’t notice and would take care of that. Ali helped me with the paperwork and I wired the money over. Mike called confirmed receipt, transferred the plates, fixed the bulb, got it inspected and detailed. This morning, Saturday 3/16, I’m now the proud owner of a 2015 Porsche Mecan S! Mike left at 7:30am and delivered my car all the way to my house in Watertown as a courtesy and convenience. NOW THATS SERVICE! Mike and Ali treat people with respect, do things the RIGHT WAY and have earned my business and referrals for life. Can’t say enough. Thank you Mike and Ali.

Bought a 2008 Scion XD from them in 2018 and am still driving it today! Transaction was excellent. All were friendly and helpful; would definitely buy from them again! Excellent team and vehicles.

I just bought a car from Auto Cape and I can tell you they are the best in town. Very kind and always available to help with everything you need and very efficient.
