I recently purchased a Kia Optima from this dealer, the car is in very good condition, runs very well. Kevin was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the experience of purchasing my vehicle from him. I have a sixty day warranty on the car. I'll purchase my own after the sixty days. They had quite a few customers there purchasing or picking up there paper work. Edit ///// It's 2023. No issues. ///// TLDR: AW is a sales group I would recommend without hesitation. I found the vehicle I wanted, at a great price. The dealership owner was genuinely motivated to make sure I received above and beyond quality, from detailing to mechanical condition. I left feeling like I got the best vehicle possible for the money. Long version: I read many of the reviews here and many give full credit without the full experience and a few seem to have had issues that in hindsight I believe could have been resolved with some communication to the sales team or the owner, who I found to be easy to talk to, respectful, and fair. The sales experience was pressure-free. I knew beforehand which vehicle I was considering, and that the price was reasonable, so I asked for the key and checked it out alone. Soon after return I settled on a price with the sales rep, ten minutes later I was on my way. Over the next week I found some “used car issues” and with each I began researching online to understand what I could expect as my responsibility with a used car and what I wanted advice from the dealership with. Of course if you have no issues, you leave a good review, however this is when the review matters most, were you have a real issue and attempt to work it out with the dealer. When I brought my concerns to the dealership I was met by the owner, he listened attentively and politely and offered to have everything I brought up looked into. A few days later we spoke and he relayed the advice from the mechanic and offered a few options as solutions, with every option the dealership was there to help. I was able to choose the plan, the repair, without pressure. This is important, we came to an agreement (the dealership had no legal obligation) and the owner dedicated resources to the issues I brought up (again under no legal obligation). The result was I got the CAR I wanted, at the PRICE I wanted, in BETTER condition than I expected. So yes, I recommend using Audubon Wholesale. They have proved to me they want the buyer to be satisfied. I also recommend that if you have an issue, talk to them. I have no doubt that if your concern is reasonable they will see it as reasonable. Good luck.
