2016 Mazda CX-5

When I was tasked to help a friend of mine find a car with certain stipulations, I thought it would be nearly impossible to find. After weeks of looking, we finally found this gem on their lot for an incredible price. I immediately went out to look at it for my friend, and I was greeted by Rachel, who went above and beyond to help my friend get this car. After over a week with issues with my friends bank, Rachel worked with us and was super super patient and even put a full tank of gas in the car when we picked it up. Overall this was a seamless car buying experience, and Rachel made it so easy and stress free. The car is amazing by the way. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality used car with great customer service!! Update- We had a small issue with the car, so we called Rachel, and she told us to bring the car back to take a look at it. She fit us in immediately to get the small issue fixed for us and within 1.5 hours we were out the door with the car fixed with no penny out of our pocket. She truly stands by her cars and knows how to take care of customers!

Rachel was awesome! My son bought his first car here and we had an A++ experience. Great deal on the car and they gave us a list of everything that they personally serviced on the car before he picked it up. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used car dealership that really cares about the cars they sell and the customer.
