This is my fourth vehicle purchased through a Future Auto dealership. The new Lincoln building is beautiful and comfortable to be while purchasing a vehicle. Decent coffee and snacks. They certainly check up on you a lot more than at other places. I appreciated the updates. Only took an hour after we came to a deal for me to be on my way. Easiest car buying experience of my life. They don’t work on commission so it doesn’t feel pressured. It’s more genuine…go figure. The lots was a bit unorganized but there was a light shining down on what was to be mine. Mo is a nice touch at the end. Grateful for all Future dealerships, especially Concord Lincoln.
