2019 Mazda CX-5 Touring Auto

I was in the market for a Lotus Emira. I had initially communicated with Cory a sales rep at Marin Luxury Cars for a couple of weeks before meeting in person. I was very pleased that everything went flawless and we had honest and clear communication. I highly recommend this place to friends and family.

This car repair and service team is knowledgeable! So well managed and run, it seems I have found the unicorn of mechanics. Imagine the best customer service you could ever have,... wish granted! My car problems were resolved with expediency and excellence. I am so grateful they could fix very complicated and annoying issues with no fuss. "We'll take care of it." The phenomenal diagnostic aptitude and accuracy of the technician combined with fair labor and parts pricing make this place such a treasure.

Pretty much, wow. Like every other human, I usually hate car dealerships. This place is different, I swear. No sleazy salespeople, no hard sells, and I didn't feel like someone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes during negotiations. Our salesperson, Joel, was straightforward and trustworthy. We even had our 2 month old with us and even he had a good time! Ask for Joel when you go! Visit the taco truck down the street while they're running the numbers :)
