We just got done buying a vehicle from Taylor and I can not say enough positive things about our experience. Taylor was patient and accommodating and made this the best experience I’ve ever had buy a vehicle. Their finance department was amazing and worked with us to get a great rate. The experience was unmatched and even though it is an hour from our home, I will continue to do all future business through Taylor and the team at Keffer Mazda.
Showing up at the dealership for an oil service, I was impressed. We were checked in rather quickly for service on our 2019 MX-5 RF. We got a text message explaining the vehicle was checked in and service would begin shortly and notified that when service was completed we would get a text with a link to see the video walk around inspection. We thought that was pretty cool. Now even though the car is a 2019, it only has 5k miles on it and is practically a new car even when compared to a 2023. They only had one of those and it was in the showroom. Beyond the lack of inventory everything was 5 star up until we drove away. Not even 3 minutes out the door I get a phone call from the dealership. This guy asks for MR B when clearly MS B is who was just at the dealership and the vehicle owner. After I straighten that out this non professional sounding individual precedes to tell me that the General Manager wanted him to call and give me a generous offer for my car. I was rather insulted. First, if you wanted to talk shop, do it while I am there. Second, you had no NEW inventory. Third, don't have some rookie call me that doesn't bother to look at the owners information and has lacks communication skills. Otherwise the service department was great.
