Brought my 2023 Kia Soul in for a transmission leak, it turned out to be an electrical problem. Not crazy that there’s been a recall and the above mentioned problem, and it hasn’t been a year of me having my car. The wait with a scheduled appointment was fairly long and I wasn’t happy with that. My car is under warranty but the prices are ridiculous for maintenance services. What makes up for my unhappiness was the service Jimmy Rowe gives in the service department every time I’m there. He always has a smile and tries to make sure his customers are satisfied. He has a great attitude and it’s nice to see that he’s still there. There was another service tech who was also helpful. One thing I can say for sure about Camelback Kia is that there is high camaraderie. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and has a positive attitude.
I was truly impressed with how well the process of buying a new Kia was today. They all were very professional, courteous, helpful, friendly. There was no pressure to force me to buy anything else I didn’t want, and they actually gave me extra warranty free of charge. Best part for me was our salesman programming my cellphone to the car navigation and media system. Finance department as well were professional and super nice as well. I would certainly give this dealership more stars if it were possible.
