I found myself having to purchase my first vehicle of my own when my previous car was totaled out. The whole situation was stressful and scary to try and navigate alone. Best experience buying a vehicle! From the sales team(Fabian, Charles, and Kelly) to financing(Tyler) was the best service around. I didn’t get that usual pushy feeling from anyone. They all cared that I had the best experience as well! Charles updated me along the way as we were waiting for my car to arrive. I had wheels and tires switched out and windows tinted and Charles sent me pictures as soon as the car was ready! Very personalized service. Kelly was amazing when I showed up a day early to purchase my vehicle ????. She helped me learn all the new features of my car, helped me download the app and get that set up and was just all around super helpful! This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and I can’t say enough about how smooth the process was! Highly recommend this dealership! They all went above and beyond for me and it should not go unnoticed!! I love my car and so thankful I came to Mall of Ga Mazda!!
