I was looking to trade my lease in for a new leased vehicle. I went to a couple other dealerships first, with no luck. I felt ignored and like I was an inconvenience. Without the typical car salesman tactics, we were able to get to a deal I was comfortable with. There was no pressure. He was just straight forward and to the point.
