This was my fourth time leasing a vehicle from Northtown, and each time my experience gets better and better. Mike and Simeon are amazing, they took care of me from start to finish, and were so knowledgeable and patient with me deciding on what I wanted. I never felt pressured to get something I didn’t want, and everyone at the dealership is so personable. Northtown takes care of everything for you from insurance to registration, and the whole process could not be more enjoyable! Thank you guys, a million times thank you!

Amazing car buying experience!! Safwan and Simeon were the absolute best! Dealership is beautiful and clean, dealers are all chill and not pushy, and I got an amazing deal! Definitely 5 stars and I’ll be back in 3 years when my lease is up!

I had THE BEST experience here. Let me start out by saying I am someone who struggles with excessive anxiety- especially surrounding things like large financial decisions. That said, Mike was the first person to make contact. We exchanged messages for a couple weeks and he was so friendly, with such a great sense of humor that it eliminated any reservations I had about coming to the dealership in person…even though I had JUST gone through a very poor experience at another local Kia dealership. When I arrived, Mike introduced me to Richie. My initial reaction was swift rise in anxiety feeling as though I had a good built a good rapport with Mike - my reason for coming in- and was now being shifted off to another person… Before I could even begin to express concern- they both immediately offered reassurance. Mike let me know he had relayed information to Richie, that Richie would take good care of me and that Mike would not be out of reach if I needed him…and within moments, Richie’s calm, friendly demeanor put me at ease. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, never interrupting or making me feel as though my concerns were invalid or unheard. He even endured my rant about my previous experience and to his credit, made me feel as though my reaction to that experience was justified without ever making a negative comment about the other dealership (which I felt was impressively professional!) Real life- Richie is my car sales soul mate!!!! He helped me find my perfect deal and was absolutely the game changer as I was fully prepared to walk away from Kia (after the poor experience at the other dealer) even though I've leased with Kia for over a decade. I’ve never, ever worked with someone in car sales who was so friendly, kind and patient as well as literally offered ZERO pressure to push me in a direction/deal/price point/vehicle that I was uncomfortable with. Once I laid out my “must haves” vs my “nice to haves”- Richie never even brought me an option that was not obtainable. Anyone who has test driven a car and fallen in love- just to find out it’s well beyond your means understands the how meaningful this is. Whereas I walked in thinking I would not be able to find a suitable vehicle (again, based off the info that was being relayed to me by the other dealer)- Richie actually found me 3 different incredible options!!! Every step of the process was a pleasure. These things take time and everyone knows that- but even my TIME was carefully considered. While the paperwork was being prepared, knowing there would be a small delay and rather than have me sit there, wasting my time…they were transparent with the delay they were experiencing and offered the suggestion that I and the individual accompanying me could feel free to leave to grab a bite or shop or whatever we’d like and they would call when it was ready. When the paperwork was all set- there was not one thing out of place that I caught- however RICHIE caught the error in the 10k miles listed vs the 12k we agreed to and Mike made the update immediately, without any change to the cost we agreed upon. I’ve never had more positive things to say about the end of lease process or the way they made entering a new lease exciting and fun vs the anxiety packed chore it has been in the past. Northtowne will keep my business indefinitely so long as they keep up these incredible standards towards ensuring such outstanding customer service. I am not a person who writes reviews, is easily impressed, easy to please or that gives accolades for expected performance. So when I say that what Mike and Richie did for me was above and beyond, I truly mean it. I’m overjoyed and would recommend anyone - but especially those who also suffer from anxiety- or find the process stressful- to go see Mike at Northtowne KIA and to request to work with Richie. You won’t regret it!! ??????????????????????????????????????
