After going to the Mercedes dealer in San Rafael and having a very uncomfortable experience with a salesman and the "manager" who ended up following us out to our car it was a breathe of fresh air to go be arrive at this dealership in Fairfield. Sajad Joya was the sales person who helped us throughout the whole process and he was anything but pushy. He was actually incredibly warm and straightforward, he listened well, made the process smooth and easy, and since then has made it really easy to communicate with him even months after buying the car.
