I had a great experience with an Eric at Sutton Ford. He had a friendly and knowledgeable approach, and was willing to answer all my questions to help find the perfect car for me. Certain qualities that stood out to me were his excellent communication skills, his ability to listen to my needs and preferences, he was willing to go the extra mile when I didn’t even know which way I wanted to go just to ensure my satisfaction and kept me updated. He even offered my mom, dad, and myself refreshments (I should have asked for some chips ????). The biggest thing that I loved was his patience. PLUS he got me the color I wanted. These qualities definitely made my car searching experience more enjoyable and memorable. His customer service was on point. Specially since the whole time he did it with a smile. I had made inquiries online re: a particular vehicle I was interested in and Latrice who works with on-line inquiries was very professional, respected my time, didn’t harass me when I said text is better, later in day is better and because of this my husband and I decided to go to Sutton (I had looked at Jeep and other Ford dealership). We had a 10am appointment and we were greeted by Taiya who was our person during our time at Sutton. It was a fantastic visit; the car I was interested was a demo and unfortunately off the lot however, Taiya got us a similar vehicle so my husband could test drive a Ford Edge. When I asked if we could look at another type of vehicle she of course was just great about that and didn’t try to rush us to buy something we didn’t like. I had never considered a Ford Bronco but after both my husband and I driving one, she came home with us. From start to finish everyone was helpful, didn’t rush us or make us feel uncomfortable and now I have a beautiful new Bronco Sport in our driveway. I highly recommend Sutton Ford, Latrice our in-line person and most definitely our sales associate Taiya!!
