2024 Mazda CX-5 S Select Package Auto AWD

My first Subaru and I had a great experience with Kyle! Great service and super helpful in helping me decide between the different crosstrek packages and prices associated. Helped me set up the car and gave additional help after I got it home and the Starlink wasn’t connecting with my email! 10/10 recommend. Will go back for my next Subaru!

We stopped in at Busam Subaru after visiting another dealer at an auto mall. We were greeted by a salesman that introduced himself and inquired about our intentions. He wasn’t pushy and was very polite. Me and my wife traded in both of our vehicles (2021 Chevrolet 2500 and a 2021 Jeep Cherokee). The sales manager’s offer for our Cherokee was thousands of dollars higher than the auto mall dealer and was exactly what we expected. There was no haggling over my truck and they offered the exact amount that I had figured. The paperwork and document signing was quick and the finance manager was professional and knowledgeable. Our salesman went over every option in detail and made sure we were connected to Subaru STARLINK. I can’t say I’ve ever had a better experience buying a new vehicle, let alone, two. This entire experience further substantiates that the deals, personal attention and overall experience is better with a dealer that isn’t at an auto mall. You feel like a customer and not a statistic.

This is no ordinary dealership!! You can tell from your first contact whether on the phone or in person that they care about your experience and they all enjoy their workplace! Rico and Tyler made our purchases stress free and fun! We had no intention initially of not using our local Subaru dealer, but after calling Busam Subaru for a simple question, their follow up was impressive enough that we drove 2 hours to purchase 2 Legacy’s and the entire experience was well worth it!! Both Rico and Tyler went out of their way to answer questions and kept us informed of everything prior to arriving. Once there, both cars had an adorable art designed sign on the windshield with our names, and the cars were sparkling clean inside and out! There were no surprises with the paperwork other than a LOWER price than what was initially quoted…how often have you had that happen when buying a vehicle?? Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly including Jonathon and Jason who made all the paper signing so easy! We highly recommend this dealership and intend on buying future vehicles from them!! “Dad and Daughter” LOVE their new cars!!
