2024 Mazda CX-5 Select AWD Auto Package S

One of my least favorite past times is car shopping. I love cars but typically hate the process of buying. So I drug my feet on making an upgrade. We finally came across a great looking truck online at a good price at Infiniti of Georgetown. I inquired online about a 22 Ram that was in stock and received a call back pretty quickly from Derek P. We were able to quickly schedule a test drive the next day. Derek was extremely quick to respond and confirm my arrival. We took the truck out for a spin, got a quick estimate on my trade which was also fair. While going through all the paperwork, Derek was very accommodating keeping my stress low. This was my FIRST stress free transaction buying a vehicle. For finance I worked with Caleb who seemed to be right there with making this a stress free transaction by being informative and friendly as we walked through the various financial options and warranties offered. Once I took ownership, Derek assisted with moving all my tools and equipment over to the new truck (greatly appreciate the help as it was getting cold and rainy!). Now it’s only the next day, I don’t feel the buyers remorse and feel everyone (hopefully) made out well. While I do plan on keeping this truck for sometime, I do know when the time arises, I know where I’ll be shopping. Friendliness and accommodation go a long way. Thanks Derek and Caleb!!
