I want to share my experience with Luther Cadillac. As a resident of Wisconsin I was having a hard time trying to buy a Escalade with the options and color I wanted. I had two extremely disappointing experiences with two different Cadillac dealerships (Ill. and MI). This, after striking out in Wisconsin at the local Cadillac dealership with zero follow up as promised. Frustrated, I was ready to give up because I did not want to settle on an Escalade that did not have exactly what I wanted. (I currently owned a 2018 ). I found (internet) Luther Cadillac in Minnesota, a 4 hour drive from me. It was almost closing time on a Monday when I send a generic email, inquiring about a specific Escalade. It was 5 minutes to close when I received a response from Salesman Chase informing me that the Escalade was no longer available but there were others in their inventory I may be interested in. After explaining exactly what I was looking for with specific options Chase told me he would watch for that Escalade should one come on their lot. I did not give much more thought thinking Chase will see I'm from out of state and think I'm properly not serious about purchasing a vehicle from them. I could not have been more wrong about Chase. The following morning he sent me over a video of the exact vehicle I was looking for. This was in their showroom and was modified to exactly what I wanted! Chase was awesome communicating with me as well as answering every question and concern I had. When he did not know the answer, instead of making something up, he consulted with his manager and got right back to me. This process went so smoothly. We had a deal within 24 hours of Chase first contacting me. The out of state transaction went seamless. I'll drive 4 hours again to Luther Cadillac for our next vehicle because of the treatment I received. I highly recommend Luther Cadillac.
