2025 Mazda CX-5 S Select Package Auto AWD

It is been along day! Let me tell everyone what’s going on today! I just got tire flat today! Then I just replace spare tire getting there! Because I was cost almost thousand dollars for four tire around November 2022, they said I have three year warranty! That is why I got tire here. But today is crazy day, I just show first picture the guy name call Trent . He just refuse me got replace one tire, the reason is if I got only one tire, balance has problems, so if I got car crush, they worry about them fault. This is crazy, I’ve been here before, I’ve been different dealership before. Never have this problem. He just request I have to replace four tire. I ask for supervisor. He just look around talk to someone. Then agree me replace one tire. But he said I need sign documents, let them have no responsibility! I agree with that. Then he said I need pay one tire. Because I already use over one year, I said I have warranty, he said it won’t work because I already used long time, I said if warranty doesn’t work, why are you sell tire with warranty .this is crazy, I can’t believe they hire this crazy guy, I have no choice, if he refuse me , I have to driving spare tire go home, honestly I’m feeling been threat? because if I disagree with him, he can refuse me, just let me driving spare tire go home, very dangerous, I have to driving all the way going to Renton. I’m mad but I have to control my face! After two hours, everything finish! He just got my bill almost two hundred . I have to talk to manager, manager name is Sean. he is real nice! I tell him whole situation, he said Trent is new, but I saw he got one guy follow him! But Sean help me take care everything! Thank you! After stay me bed, I wrote my crazy story today. Just want let everyone know, there is best dealership, walk away with this Trent . If he still working there, he should be more training respectful. He should be nice to everyone, He should be gentle to everyone! He should be more professional, Don’t be let customer feeling you just want money, don’t be let customer feeling racist! Anyway thank you Sean, you make me feeling respectful !
