I felt very taken care of by Albert and the Browning Collision team. They were caring, supportive and guided me through this journey of repairs to my vehicle through insurance. They were transparent and explained every detail to me. There was even a slight issue with something they had nothing to do with and took an extra measure to help me and make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone. Amazing Service and Exceptional Work at Browning! I recently brought my Prius to Browning for body damage repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service and transparency were far beyond any expectations I had. Henry, the estimator, went above and beyond to handle everything with my insurance company. He kept me updated every step of the way and even chased down my adjuster to ensure my deductible was covered when it wasn't initially processed. It was such a relief not to have to worry about all the back-and-forth with the insurance. As if that wasn't enough, when I picked up my car, not only was the bodywork flawless, but Browning also surprised me by washing my car and filling up my gas tank! It's the little details like that which show how much they truly care about their customers. Browning made what could have been a stressful process into an easy and seamless experience.
