Not much negotiating on price needed as we had no trade and the price was fair because of the investments Faulkner & their technicians had already done to making the vehicle ready for the buyer in replacing anything due/in need (brakes, rotors, tires, battery). Everyone there was great-made our visits very pleasant. Also appreciated the detailing before pickup, tour of the car and setting up phone to car for us as, I think this customer service is often lacking in the used car market.
