My initial experience was pretty rough with one bad salesman (who no longer works there) After reaching out, the manager Taylor went above and beyond the make sure I was taken care of. She really addressed every need and made sure I was happy. She’s really going places in this world. She’s genuinely such a nice person and very honest! I also worked with Joe (salesman).. he was very honest and thorough through the whole process. He sat with me twice to be sure I understood all the features within vehicle. One full tank of gas later, I’m driving off the lot in my new Mazda CX-5. She’s a beauty!!
I had such terrible experiences at annother dealership that I had stood up and walked out during the process. Sport Durst was one of the best processes and easiest transactions of my adult life. The buying process, including the test drive, took less than two hours. Pricing was fair with a competitive trade in value. There were no dirty negotiation tactics and no pressure.
