OJ is the sweetest salesman I have ever met he’s very trustworthy and upfront. He works extremely hard to get you the price that you deserve. He worked with me for about a week and a half before I bought the CX 50. The manager is also very pleasant as he walks around, smiling, you can feel his positive energy. The finance guy did an amazing job at explaining every single paper that I had to sign. He was also extremely friendly and upfront and honest. We were in and out in a flash! This has been the only dealership that I have dealt with that has not tried to be sneaky with me! This is also the only dealership that offered me the Kelley Blue Book value on my trade-in without having to beg and plead. I loved my experiences with the dealership and how they operate and I will forever be a customer. Will go back again for my next vehicle and can’t wait to do business with them again!
I bought a preowned vehicle from here on 3/3 and I’ve been pretty happy the past 3 days I’ve had it. Metz was a great salesman and was very informative. He help me decide if I truly wanted it. Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had buying a car!! We experienced a level of customer service I thought was long gone. Metz was not only straight forward and honest, but made sure we understood everything that was needed to process our deal quickly. Usually when you have such a great sales experience, you are then brought into the "executive finance" office where you get the hard sell and confusion on the intricate cost details. To our surprise Kaleab provided the exact opposite. He gave us a clear breakdown of all charges, as well as a true understanding of warranties and services available.
