Yesterday I helped my daughter purchase a new vehicle. She was involved in a car accident 2 weeks prior. Her 2020 Corolla LE was declared a total loss. She was pretty upset that at no fault of her own she would have to get indebted because the insurance money wasn’t enough to cover a new car. I contacted HQ Toyota and spoke with Hernan Ballesteros and he was such a pleasure to work with. I made an appointment to come see the car and discuss the price. When I arrived I met with Yaser Perdomo who explained that he worked with Hernan and that they work in teams. We discussed the situation, he showed me the vehicles and we negotiated a fair price for the car. I couldn’t purchase it at the moment because my daughter wasn’t with me. When I contacted Yaser to set up a a date/time to buy the car, he was extremely flexible, assured me the car we discussed was available and he would help us with all the steps to get the car exactly as we had agreed. My daughter and I went together to buy the car and were greeted very politely, the car was ready, and he then introduced us to the finance representative, Lazaro Serrano, who was just as nice. He explained everything to my daughter as he went over the contract, all her options and she got a great deal. Due to her excellent credit she got a fabulous APR and 90 minutes later she drove off in her beautiful new Corolla LE. If you’re thinking of buying a car, HQ Toyota will be a terrific option.
