2023 Mazda CX-5 S Select Package Auto AWD

Buying my daughter’s first car at Bachetti’s couldn’t have gone any smoother!! Art was amazing! Very helpful, supportive and communicative. In fact, the entire staff and owner were helpful. The car is fantastic and I will definitely be buying from them again when it’s time to replace my car. The whole process was enjoyable and easy. I just have one minor thing to share: they said the interior and exterior would be cleaned, but it really wasn’t. My bad since I didn’t check until I got it home. The exterior was pretty dirty (looked like it ran through a large recent mud splash on both sides) so I had to bring it to the car wash. And I touched up the interior dirt / stains, but they cleaned up fine with a damp cloth). So if those kind of things matter to you, I just recommend communicating clearly and checking it was done before you leave. BUT they did all the agreed upon repairs which is way more important anyway AND they did surprise me with new car mats - and that was really nice and appreciated! Other than that (which isn’t enough to make me take off a star…because honestly they were amazing) they went above and beyond making sure I was a satisfied customer- and I sure am!! They deserve all 5 Stars ????????????????????and I’ll def buy from here again without hesitation. ***Google wouldn't let me do another review but I just want to add the car had a minor repair that fell under the warranty timeframe and they took care of it immediately - no questions asked or hesitation! It was so refreshing to have it be so easy. Again, will definitely purchase another car from Bachetti's and have highly recommended to all my friends.

We purchased a 2018 Yukon XL Denali today and both Art and Gregg were super helpful. We live in Sheffield, so Bachetti's is conveniently located 10-12 minutes away. We are parents of 3 kids and 2 large dogs, so we are very busy! The paperwork and pickup was easy and I'm surprised we haven't purchased from Bachetti's earlier during our 20+ years in the area. Highly recommend!

I really had a great experience buying a car at Bachetti's. I knew that I would have to buy a car soon as mine was old, having multiple issues and had lots of mileage. Then it broke down and I was out of a vehicle. From that point to when I drove off the lot with my new-to-me car, it was less than a week. I worked with Art Davis and he made the process easy, stress-free and efficient. I felt like he really took the time to talk to me, explain everything fully and make me comfortable in the process. I appreciated the small town local quality of our interactions and didn't feel like just another sale like at a large dealership. I definitely would recommend working with Art and the Bachetti's team to someone shopping for a vehicle.
