To say we had a great experience at Flow Honda of Burlington is an understatement. They went above and beyond in so many ways helping our family buy a used CRV for our daughter. Sai was so knowledgeable about Hondas, and was responsive, professional and kept us in the loop at all stages of the purchase. This location is very friendly. They treat you like you were at home. ???? Ken who works in service will keep you updated, and always has a smile on his face along with the rest of the staff. Very down to earth people. They fixed my brakes along with another service that I thought was going to take a long time I was in and out in an hour and a half. Amazing! I recommend this location to anyone! And the GM occasionally comes out to greet people very professional environment.
