2023 Mazda CX-5 S Select Package Auto AWD

I had a great experience this week both with having my Mazda CX5 repaired and buying a used Mazda6 at Hamilton Mazda. The whole team there is professional, honest and fair. The communication is great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing service or anyone looking to buy a car.

First, I ultimately purchased my new car from another dealer because the other one had the desired car, was closer to me, and was able to provide a significantly lower price. However, my dealings Jeff at with Hamilton Mazda were excellent, they were very open, honest, and impressive. Maybe next time! But I would recommend them for someone shopping. I've been around the block a few times, all the dealers I worked with were polite and professional, but Hamilton and the one I ultimately purchased from were the most open, offering info rather than waiting for me to ask, seemed honest and helpful, etc., hence this review and good rating.

The team over at Hamilton Mazda made the whole car buying process quick and easy. Stephen was attentive and accommodating. I told him I wanted to be in and out of the dealership quickly and he did exactly that. Thumbs up to the financial services team for making the paperwork process swift and seamless. This has by far been the best car buying experience.
