2023 Mazda CX-5 S Select Package Auto AWD

My husband and I just purchased a manual Mazda 3 hatchback from this location and we are beyond impressed!! 1. The car is awesome!! So many neat features and a really fun car to drive. 2. Trent was AMAZING and helped us find exactly what we wanted. It’s been my husband’s dream to have this car and he made that dream possible. The manager, Matt, was also such a great help. The team here made the buying process so easy and helped us through every step. I can not recommend them enough. If you want a new car, go to Berge Mazda :)

I probably bought 20 or more cars remotely for the last 9 years, which is a lot for someone who doesn't do that for a living. Marie Postel is hands down THE BEST car sales person I've ever worked with. Her sense of ownership without being pushy is off the charts, started with helping me by having their mechanics taking photos of specific parts of the engine and suspension as I requested them. Then she did wonders helping me with other ad-hoc photos of the car as I was trying to make up my mind, as well testing the accessories to see if they were working properly. The rest of the Berge team was amazing as well, David from finance comes to mind. They don't have the high end remote document signing stuff that some other dealers do but they have extreme good faith and drive to make things happen. Bottom line - I can't recommend this dealership enough and you're specially lucky if Marie is taking care of you. Go for it!

Everyone at Berge Mazda is incredible! I purchased a 2024 CX-5 Carbon Edition last month during their incredible promotional 0% financing offer. I came in on a Saturday and spent quite a few hours with Julian. HE WAS FANTASTIC! I had corresponded with him via email several days prior - so by the time I arrived, he had the CX-5 and CX-50 pulled up next to one another, as those were what I was deciding between. Immediately I felt like the CX-5 was the one. In order to help me get the most bang for my buck, Julian suggested something I hadn't considered, the Carbon Edition. Well...I'm incredibly grateful he did because I wouldn't have normally considered it. I didn't walk away with the vehicle that day. I needed to sleep on it. I returned mid week and ending up sealing the deal! I absolutely love this vehicle!! Their financing and warranty department was very professional and assisted me with a great extended warranty. Once we wrapped up finance, Julian had the car parked outside with a bow. Inside, they had a gong, played my favorite song, and shot streamers It was very special because it's the first brand new vehicle purchase I've ever made. They knew that, and they made it a memory I'll never forget. Thank you Berge, Mazda! I think you've got a customer for life now. (Side Note: I do feel terrible, their survey went into my Junk email and I didn't find it until after the survey had expired. I will attempt to contact Mazda to see if it can be resent. I'm sorry, Berge Mazda!!)
