I pulled the trigger and got a good deal up there at Honda of Middleburg! I walked in not planning on buying but I wanted to look at the Passport, as we have a Pilot already in the family. I wanted to see the sizing of the Passport as I had a Tahoe I knew I would be downsizing. My salesman was Justin I originally had a appointment with Joseph and I canceled but showed up later and Joseph spoke with me as he had a customer he was taking care of and the floor manager put Justin Brown on the case and he sent me home with a 2024 Passport! I ended up very satisfied with my deal! And Justin took good care of me and the wife! Never felt pressured. I have to say Honda of Middleburg gave me one of the better vehicle experiences I've had in a long time! And being able to get a good deal on a new vehicle during these times! These guys got it done! Great dealership to work with, it was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Sarah Gaynor is an excellent sales person, she made sure my wife and I had a no pressure buying experience. She also reached out to me with a video walk around of the car, before I even I went to the dealer. In my 20yrs of buying cars I have never had an experience that felt like I was buying a car from someone who actually was a genuine person and not a robot trying to push for a sale. The new Honda Odyssey and the purchase experience at Honda of Middleburg Heights was low stress and mostly efficient. Working with Katie the sales rep was a joy; she gets five stars! After test driving the car, the negotiations went quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately, closing the deal with the financing rep was less stellar. We ended up having to wait like two hours for him to become available. I suspect this may be related to the fact that we were not financing our purchase, causing other customers who were financing to be processed first. Overall, though, it was nice to be able to take care of the purchase and trade in one visit.
