Worked with Lia Toyota in obtaining a Tacoma from out of state! I worked with Alex throughout the process and was able to finally meet him in person today. Had to come in for signing the title, and hoping to get the car delivered this week! Overall Alex made it a painless process overall in regard to getting an in demand vehicle.

Our experience at Lia Toyota of Northampton was very positive. We just bought a car and traded in our old car. Fran Ravina, the salesperson, was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and kept me informed at every step during the process. There were 2 minor issues but they were remedied very courteously and very quickly. We've also had good experiences in the past with their service department.
