What a great experience we had Jeff Haas Mazda. Kenneth page has always been very helpful and great to work with. He helped us figure about what we needed. Overall, an amazing experience for the whole family! Nick went above and beyond during the whole process. This is our first Mazda, so, we had a lot of questions, and all of them were answer patiently and thoroughly. Loved how finance people offered us, but did NOT push additional insurance like they usually do at another dealerships. We even got a demonstration on all the features that the new car has. I never experienced that in any other dealership. Thank you Jeff Mazda for taking care of us. We had the best experience so far.
I had a great experience with Jeff Haas Mazda. I purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-30 Carbon Edition. The representative that helped me was Nicholas Gibson. I told him what I wanted and the process went smoothly. Little issues were handled right away. I most definitely would recommend him to anyone coming to purchase a vehicle. The finance department was great and I had a demonstration of how to use the different features that the car had to offer. Even though there is another Mazda dealership near me, I would definitely make the drive to Katy for all of my car services.
