The personel in charge of vehicle in-take was courteous and quickly got us in.David the service advisor, thoroughly explained the maintenance procedures I had questions about during the visit. Admittedly- I am/was a bit skeptical around any car "stealerships" but during my road test , I experienced a noticeable driveability improvement after the transmission fluid exchange service was performed this morning.
