3 days at another dealer in Alex bay that could not fix my HVAC problem as well as leaving parts in my back seat. Other dealers would no honor extended warranty. Left Hammond, 55mins later we were at Parkway Chevrolet. Is it one of the best places I found to work with. Scott, the Service Manager, is a great employee with excellent customer service. He even gave us a loner car during the troubleshooting time as well as telling us about a nice place to have breakfast/lunch, which lived up to his recommendation. After 45 minutes, Scott called telling us job was done AT NO CHARGE . I love my warm feet again. You guys rock - we are so grateful for the wonderful customer service and pleasant people to work with. Would recommend Parkway Chevrolet to all.
