I had a great experience getting my car from this dealership. Alec helped us from start to finish and he was the best! I was unable to go in person to start the process due to personal reasons, but he made sure that was not an issue. He stayed in contact with me every day and always kept me updated on my vehicle. I did not have to go in person until it was time to sign my papers and grab my keys ????. I had the greatest easiest process with finding my new car. I have been having issues with my 2014 VW Passat and I was shopping around and heard great things about ALM. When I came in, Bill Hicks greeted me with the most personable and welcoming smile and demeanor. It is very apparent that he loves his job, and that he cares for his customers. Brian was key in helping us both get into the vehicles of our dreams! He handled our needs with care and seemed to fully invest himself in our situation, which really created a family atmosphere. Both of these men took good care of us.
