I can’t say enough good things about this dealership! My wife’s lease recently ended on her Acura RDX, and I was a little worried about getting her into a new car after hearing all the stories about car shortages and high lease prices. I got a quote on a new Acura MDX lease from a few dealers, and Fred Beans had the most competitive price. I started chatting with their salesman, Juan Estela, who was straightforward from the start. We told him the price we were comfortable paying, and he was able to meet it! When we showed up at the dealership, there were no surprises or added costs. What Juan told us was the deal we got, and he didn’t pressure us into any further costs. While at the dealership, Chris Bowers took my wife and me on a test drive and explained all the features of the car. He was so nice and knowledgeable about the car and even sat in the back to entertain my 3-year-old son while my wife test drove it. Once back at the dealership, they were able to get us signed out quickly. I’ve always had bad experiences where I’ve been in car dealerships for hours signing papers, but this did not happen at Fred Beans. They got us out quickly. Lastly, I’d like to thank their service department manager, Robyn. While waiting for my wife to finish the paperwork, she came out, gave my son a toy car, and sat and talked with us. I can’t say enough about the great experience I had at Fred Beans Acura of Abington. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used Acura.
Buying a new car is not one of those things I look forward to. The "let me go talk to my manager" conversation is just never fun. But working with Howard at Acura of Abington has been such a simple, straightforward, pleasant experience. We were considering 2 other manufacturers but we ended up leasing 2 cars from them in the last 3 months because they were able to work within our budget with a sales approach that was just terrific.
