My family and I had a great experience overall with the process of purchasing the car we wanted. We have a large family and Pablo went above and beyond to bring the vehicle to us because we had limited time to get over to the dealership. He went above and beyond and hand delivered floor mats that arrived after since we were heading out of town. That was very much appreciated. The process was quick and seamless. They treat you like family. They definitely are the best dealership I have ever walked into. I bought a 2017 Ford escape titanium with low mileage. After having a horrible experience at Hyundai in Michigan city they wanted to sell me a 2016 jeep Cherokee with no remote start and no amenities what so ever in the vehicle and would not work with me at all.
