I'm gonna be honest, I originally wanted a Kia. The only reason I came to North Park Mazda was because I literally couldn't find a SINGLE Kia Carnival in this area, and I got an ad reminding me that the CX-90s exist. (Spoiler alert, the CX-90 I ended up getting had every feature I'd wanted out of a minivan, and more. For a way better price, higher safety rating, and less issues overall, mechanical or otherwise. ???? Plus, the way it drives feels like a dream, too.) I'm so, SO thankful for the universe having my back, because what I thought was a stroke of bad luck... ended up leading me to the car of my dreams, and the sales rep, Julian, who made it happen. We met when I stepped out of the car and said, "Hi! I need you to tell me why I shouldn't drive 3 hours away to look at a Kia." And you know what? He did. He was honest, up front, had a great sense of humor about the whole thing, and was just overall a cool, genuine dude who made me feel like he wasn't out to just make a sale--he really, truly loves helping people find what they need! And he's amazing at it. I told him a tiny bit about what we were looking for and why, and you could literally see his entire demeanor get brighter and more excited, because he had JUST the car in mind for us! Off the top of his head! And he didn't just pick one at random--you could tell Julian knew every car on that lot from memory, what they had to offer, what features they have or don't have, whether a new or used one would benefit and suit his customer's needs better, and how to spin an amazing deal out of thin air. My new motto, when buying a car in the future, is literally going to be, "In Julian We Trust", LOL. Because he got it right on the first try. And that's coming from a skeptic who usually hates car dealerships AND who really had her heart set on a different brand entirely. Hands down the best car buying experience in my 50 years of driving. Stellar dealership, excellent finance guy, and I saved the best for last. Muohammad is the best car salesman I've ever met. He made the experience perfect. He took me all through the features of my new car and made us feel really good about everything. He's also a very interesting man. Normally you have the salesman take a picture of you with your new car. I enjoyed my experience so much that I asked Muohammad to allow me to take a picture of hm with my new car. Best experience ever!
