Sterling Crum and the rest of the staff were very helpful. This was my first car purchase and rather than seeming like they wanted to persuade me into buying a vehicle, it seemed like they just wanted to make sure I was informed and educated about my decision. The facility was spotless and, unlike other dealerships, I was not bombarded by ads and pushy salesmen the second I walked in. I was most surprised by their response to my decision to finance through a separate institution. Rather than try to push me into settling for an APR that I didn't like, they were supportive of my decision to get a second quote and continued to assist me even after I turned down the initial financial offer. Since I just bought the car, I don't have an opinion on the service center yet but I will likely update this review once I get the chance to deal with them. If the service center is anything like the sales department, then my 5 star review will likely remain unchanged. So far I've really enjoyed my Honda HRV Sport and I'm hoping I can continue to enjoy it for another 7-9 years with the help of Lester Raines service center.

From the moment we stepped on the lot, the customer service was excellent. Our salesman, Salman Azmat, was to the point yet patient. He was knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the Honda Odyssey in which we test drove and later purchased. I have never felt more comfortable or confident in this purchase.
