2021 Mazda CX-5 Touring Auto AWD

Been part of the Mazda Family for as long as I can remember… I purchased my very first car, a ‘2015 Mazda 3’ back in April of 2015 at Concord Mazda and Marie Ang was my Product Specialist then. Fast forward 9 years later… and I am back to the same location and looked for the same Product Specialist that assisted me through the process. Marie is such a joy to work with, her expertise and knowledge about her product is really admirable. She is not one of those sales person who will push, nor pressure you to buy the product just because you’re on the spot. She was very attentive, helpful and very professional in every way. She made our whole car buying experience pleasantly easy, unlike other past experiences I’ve had in other Bay Area car dealerships. Or else, I wouldn’t be coming back 9yrs after and looking for her if she did not leave a remarkable impression on me to begin with. I left the dealership yesterday with a brand new ‘2024 Mazda CX90’ with the color and tier that I wanted plus a bonus factor: a really good deal out of it!! Thanks, Mazda Concord and a shoutout especially to Marie!! We will see you soon for our next future family member’s car! :)

Justin was really knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating during my process of test driving the Mazda CX-30. He made the process really easy and comfortable. I appreciate him taking the time to answer all my questions and not feeling annoyed or rushed. Before coming here I went to two different Toyota dealership and everything just felt rushed and more just about trying to sell me a car. They didn’t even tried to work with the numbers to see how close they can get with my budget. With Justin, he was willing to match the price with what I wanted and I told him what was my budget and he worked with it. He even helped dropped my APR rate by 5 points and I do not have the best credit. After the process was done with the drive and paper work he was willing to wait and give me a tour of the car. I am really happy with my purchased. It was everything I was looking for from the size, color, and price. They also have really good warranty packages. I got a lot of compliments with my new car and already referred 2 people when they asked which Mazda I went to. Not to mention, I love how modern and clean Mazda was inside.

My experience at Concord Mazda was great! Customer service was excellent since the moment I stepped in the dealership. Shaun and Z were patient explaining all the terms of my contract. I’m very happy with my new first car.
