I came in to get the passenger side Window Regulator on my 2015 Lincoln Navigator L replaced on Dec 18, 2023. I was informed that the regulator I purchased was not OEM, so the Service Tech couldn't do the install. I then ordered and paid for an OEM Regulator through my Service Advisor. Due to the upcoming holiday he informed me that he would contact me on the morning of Dec 26th to schedule the install. I've called numerous times on the afternoon of Dec 27th to check the status of the scheduling. No one is returning my calls. The switchboard receptionist sent to me the Ford Service Manager, when I clearly stated I requested to speak to the Lincoln Service Manager about my concerns. Poor customer service across the board. I wouldn't think I'd have to drive from Gretna to Kenner just to make an appointment! Update: John, the Lincoln Service Director, contacted me on the morning of Dec 28th to arrange to pick up my vehicle and complete the repair. John, went out of his way to apologize for the inconvenience about the scheduling. The repairs was done to my complete satisfaction. Thanks John!
