I’ve been leasing from Preston Mazda for over 10 years. I’ve worked with many people and no matter who helps you their customer service is always the best! They are accessible if you have question's and very personable and friendly. The car I leased was delivered with a dent you could barely see, but I did and could not unsee it:) Mazda stepped up and found me another, gave me a loaner car for almost 2 weeks until the other car was delivered to the dealership. That’s great customer service! I would highly recommend them (ask for Nick)if you are in the market for a new car!
