2023 Mazda CX-5 S Premium package Auto AWD

I give it 5 stars. I was in the market for a new car. I tried writing to other dealers on their website, but they were either slow to respond or never replied back. When I found Carlson Toyota, I wrote to them at night and they replied back before noon the next day. I had a challenged credit score, but they were able to pull through for me. The online application made things easier so we didn't have to wait a long time at the dealership. I got pre-approved for a car I wanted online and just had to go in to try it. I worked with Spencer online to get the credit application pre- approved. He had everything done for me and all I had to do was go in and try the car out. I also got to work with Dakota. He was professional and kept me in the loop the whole time. He kept me informed on where they are in the process with paperwork etc. With everything done online prior, I was there less than 2.5 hours. Drove home the same night with my new 2024 Toyota Corolla.

My husband and I stopped in Wednesday evening and traded in our 2016 HRV and got a new RAV4. We worked with Alex T and had an awesome experience. Alex was patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. He answered all our questions, and ensured we left his dealership happy. Not once did we feel pressured to buy and that’s a huge plus for us. We look forward to servicing our vehicle with Carlson Toyota and we’d recommend Alex T in a heartbeat!

My wife and I drove several hours to Carlson Toyota to find our vehicle. We had a Saturday glitch in getting our vehicle home due to local bank being closed at time of the sale and the vehicle being an out of state purchase, but the staff was excellent to work with and our new wheels are being delivered to us today. Durham was excellent and Carrie was also great to work with. Highly recommend!
