Shoutout to Katelynn and Tony in the service department! They kept me updated on my car all day via text while it was being worked on. Then when it was done, I got a video from Tony showing what they replaced (the old part) and how it went. This was above and beyond our experience at other dealerships. They were also very flexible with pickup time and arranged so I could get it after hours when I had a ride there.
